Cutting Board Care
Cutting Board Use and Care:
- Hand wash with mild dish soap and warm water.
- Dry thoroughly with towel and stand up board to air dry.
- NEVER wash in dishwasher.
- Apply food grade mineral oil or butcher block wax monthly or when board becomes dull and dry.
- Once many cut marks are in board, sand top layer with increasing grits of sandpaper for a brand-new looking cutting board.
